Description: |
Much-branched perennial herb or subshrub, 30-80 cm tall. Stem with many white stiff appressed medifixed hairs; uppermost internodes often glandular-hairy. Leaves 2-5 cm × 0.3-1 cm, lanceolate or narrowly oblong. Flowers axillary, but often crowded towards the stem apex. Bracts not clearly distinct from the leaves. Corolla 38-60 mm long, white at first, turning pale pink, mauve or violet; tube 13.5 - 25 mm long; lobes in a 4+1 arrangement. Ovary and capsule densely appressed-hairy. |
