Description: |
Annual herb to 60 cm. Leaves: petiole up to 1.5 cm; lamina up to 6 × 3.5 cm, ovate; margin crenate-dentate to subentire. Peduncle hairs usually short, c. 0.2 mm long, appressed-ascending, intermingled with a few glandular hairs. Capitula c.5 mm in diameter. Receptacular scales usually 3-lobed, the central lobe the largest. Pappus of very narrowly ovate scales, fringed with hairs, without a terminal projection. |
